Go out and search for things to do, make your own clubs, push your way into 1 of the 4 clubs they actually advertise by something other than word of mouth. The campus is small, and in order to really get a good experience out of this place you need to know almost everyone or else you won't know what the heck is going on half the time. Also, there aren't many classes to choose, or professors, and registration is a bitch. The upperclassmen tend to get into more and better classes, if only because they know the teacher and so are basically put on the list before registration period even starts and therefore don't have to stand in the 5 hr. lines for 1 class, while the other class you want is being filled. But everyone is also really nice and, while the resources may not be the greatest, the work is creative and the teachers are accesible and willing to help. |
