My experience at Spartan was that the staff was experienced and knowledgeable and was able to answer most or all of my questions. Lazy students could still get by but the training was available to those students who had the strong desire to learn and I was one of those who wanted to get the most training I could.

The most positive comment I can give is that I was productive the very first day of my first job out of school. This was very noticeable of all my supervisors.
