I'm not raggin on Troy University main campus. I'm sure for fulltime campus students, it's great. I will however, tell you that their ECAMPUS program at Fort Benning and the way they handle VA students SUCKS!!!!

The Student Resource Center never return your calls. They are not proactive in helping you and it takes 10-20 phone calls and followups to complete the simplest tasks. and they never apologize.

The distance learning Director, Dr. Whitlock, buries his head in the sand because they have such a huge enrollment at Benning. They are allowed to continue with their crappy level of service to our soldiers.

This is not acceptable and that's why I'm transferring.
