If you like colleges that are 100% trees, grass, etc Averett is not for you. Looks is not what makes a college. It is an old college and the older parts need some renovating. The dorm Fugate and the apartments have high speed internet as well as many of the CPU labs. Small college. Most kids came here for sports, aviation, or equestrian. I like it here overall, sport games are fun to go to. They really get into the game "Blue Crew". if you go to a basketball game you will know where the blue crew is the whole time.
