Get your 4 year degree and don't freak if your grades are not that good. No company ever asked to see my transcript. (thank god!) I graduated with a 2.3 and doing quite well. Companies want people with degrees. You can't get your foot in the door without one. Is it fair? No. I know lots of people who are as talented as me but don't have degrees. They are continually hitting brick walls because of it.

Of course, this advice is not applicable for people wanting to continue their education (ie..Law School, Grad School.)
