The degree program (Management) is not challenging, but is time consuming. The course-work stresses the importance of student interaction as the source of most learning. This is both good and bad. If I wanted to learn from other people without a college degree, I would not have enrolled in college. There are no tests, instead most grades are given through semi- busywork assignments from the texts or small papers. The quality of the work you turn in seems to make little difference in the grade you receive. I have seen some horrible work and well-written, thought provoking work receive the same grade. I cannot stress enough that self-discipline is the key to completing an online degree. Good luck. |
