There is not enough of a focus in the "major" that you pick. The professors themselves are (generally) very nice and helpful, but unless you stay focused it is very hard to really stay around here. Other things to note? It just doesn't seem like you learn that much if you're an audio learner. Oh, and let me go into the lighting. Many of the streets are poorly lit, so you definitely don't want to be out too late or you basically can't see crap.You can never really count on the advisors, you have to pick the classes yourself carefully because they won't give you the right information most of the time. Sad, really.My advice? Unless you really can bear with something like this for 4 years, try somewhere else. This place will make you sad within a matter of weeks. There's not really enough structure in the programs to really get anywhere quickly. |
