Statistical Analyzer:

Alvernia's Office of Student Financial Planning is absolutely horrible. They are constantly losing important financial aid papers and keep requesting items that have already been sent, even when you have a fax or mail confirmation that the items were sent they only receive partial or none of it, so they say. This becomes extremely frustrating when you are on a time schedule to get evertything complete to receive your aid.

Also note, that you will sign up for classes on-line after your advisor unlocks what is called IQ Web. This has happend numerous times to myself and several friends, where the advisor doesn't unlock you to register, then the class you need fills up or they say they will sign you up for a certain class and never do so. Even though I receive good grades, this school is very unorganized and does not offer much except headaches.
