Statistical Analyzer:

Probably seen initially as the step-child of the main Texas A&M University, TAMUCC is actually quite impressive. Over the past four years of attending I watched the campus grow in size, prestige, and amount of available resources. The technology there is really impressive and 90% of the buildings are new.

One thing that struck me early on while attending is that the professors were overall very fair about testing. Also the majority of them were very open minded, interested in the students, and enjoyed the work they did. The professors in my department (Psychology) were wonderful. Truly were open to discussions, interpretation, and student involvement.

The campus' school spirit isn't too high, and overall it's still a very small campus compared to many. The setting is beautiful - beaches, palm trees, warm weather, and so on. The city public transportation is pretty good if you choose to live off campus, which is easy to do (and WAY cheaper).

The city life is ok. A few popular clubs, but Corpus is a small city, which is a great middle ground for city living. I had a lot of fun! There's also the beach which is REALLY popular- bon fires, beautiful night skies, and lots of beach parties pretty much every weekend if you're into that.
