Just as importantly, the experiences I had during my years there created friendships and memories that I will take with me the rest of my life and helped create the person I am today. I did take advantage of living on campus and getting involved. When I was at Southern, I was a ZTA and loved being part of the Greek system. Those bonds are ones that will be forever. I hope those of you who are there now will get involved and keep it alive. If I did it all over, I would have stayed on campus all 4 years. I wouldn't have had to work as much, and the on campus "family" is a great support. |
