My education from Southern Illinois has allowed me to more than hold my own with the graduates from these and every other school that my co-workers have come from. In fact, based on the individuals that I have worked with, Harvard and Stanford are over-rated (Cal and Cornell certainly deserve their reputations). SIU worked out vey well for me. Remember, you can find distractions if you want to because at a large university like SIU there is always something going on, but you can also choose to only study. Do some of both, but mostly study. |
