This school is not for people who come from a very diverse culture. Most of the students at this university are very narrow minded, egotistical and immature. The university had very few cultural events other than football and concerts in which everyone gets drunk. The atmosphere seems to discourage anything that is foreign unless it is from Europe. Futhermore most wear WSU clothing all the time. As for academicsThe 100 level classes are about the size of 300 however, towards the end of school, less and less people show up. On the bright side, there are plenty of tutors and the professors are helpful. The work is also reasonable and fairly esay if you read your textbooks when you are assigned. As for the surrounding areaThe place is as good as empty. Pullman has very little to offer. Some of the prices seems inflated. If you entend to do shopping or go out, you'll need a car or be familiar with the bus. Other than a gas station and pizza place, u will have to walk close to a quarter of a mile to reach anywhere. It is also super sold in the winter. |
