I found the school to be academically challenging. The classes were unusual but almost always interesting and different then at any other school I had visited or knew of. I enjoyed not having grades and liked the idea of having written narratives. Independent contracts and internships were invaluable. If you're looking to go to a "party" school, this isn't the place. Truth be told - Olympia is a pretty boring place and the weather can be "challenging". But if you're looking for an inexpensive school in the NW that give you a great education - TESC is the place. |
