The support administration workers - campus police, counselling, and particularly the registration office, are belligerant, unhelpful, and hostile in many instances. You definitely get the feeling they are only intereste in collecting your fees, not assisting in your education. Br prepared to get hit with every hidden fee registration dept can tack on, and don't expect any mercy.
