The nursing program was extremely intense. If I were giving advice to an student fresh out of high school, I would advise them to take some of the general studies courses that are needed to fulfill your academic degree for a year and then enroll in the nursing program. You will get so much more out of the program if you take your liberal arts and elective courses the first year. The nursing program is very demanding and if you have these other courses already done, you can spend more time studying nursing and really concentrate on it, getting the most out of your college experience. It is a very good nursing program. I have been exposed to many nurses in the field who graduated from TC3 and am impressed with the level of nursing that they provide in the surrounding communities. |
