I went to Miami University, Oxford for three years before being offered my current job. AMU is the perfect opportunity for me to complete my degree. I am already considering going for my Master's in Conflict Resolution. I think online education/distance learning is highly undervalued in our society currently. People need to realize the amount of discipline and dedication it takes to push yourself forward. There is no one looking over your shoulder forcing you to do your work. It's important to know, for those that are considering online/distance learning, that you are in total control of your learning. If you don't like to challenge yourself AMU is not for you. If you want to be handed the answer AMU is not for you. If your the type of student that shows up for class with a voice recorder so you don't have to take notes AMU is not for you. If, on the other hand, you like to figure things out for yourself AMU IS for you. If you get annoyed when people try to give you the answer, then AMU is definately for you! I love a good puzzle. I also love material analysis and to solve a good mystery on my own. If that sounds like you visit apus.edu and register… |
