Salve Regina University is a beautiful campus. Its right on the cliff walk in Newport and most of the classes are right inside mansions. The Ocean is defiantly a highlight for the school but dont forget that school is in session from September to May so students go to the beach for the first 2 weeks in September and last 3 weeks in May. The classes are very small which gives individual attention to each student. The education I feel is best relatable to a high school education due to the lack of lecture halls. The professors are always available for help and are very friendly. The student body is VERY cliquey and snotty. The guys are really not that cute and the majority of the student body is girls. NIGHT LIFE: there are NO parties on campus (Very strict on campus) and the off campus parties are limited as well. The parties are kept very small and generally there is no music and people generally are expected to bring their own alcohol. Providence, which is not, too far away offers many restraints and clubs (although most of the clubs are sketchy). I feel a bigger school would have a lot more to offer! |
