Statistical Analyzer:

BGSU was not one of my top college picks. I had been rejected from other choice institutions and randomly discovered it while browsing on college rating sites. The application process is extremely easy and acceptance rates are extremely high. Since coming here, I have come to love campus. They provide many activities to take part, however Bowling Green is a poor excuse for a college town. I have encountered times when I've been criticized for not wanting to go out and drink.

You don't have to be an upperclassman to get involved. As a first-semester freshman, I had the opportunity to get hands-on experience on major-related fields straight way.

Several things are currently happening to the institution. You will experience cracked sidewalks and stairs while walking around campus. Heating units at bus stops are either inefficient or broken and the electricity company responsible for it refuse to fix the problem. Lack of funding to the University has caused diminishing bus services, cut funds to student organizations, future dining service cutbacks, and the end of rollover food funds for students, among other things.
