The campus is beautiful and the Florida weather is great (minus July and August when it's SO HOT!) UCF is an amazing place that is always growing and growing. The saying that UCF isUnder Construction Foreveris totally true, but its a good thing! We now have a brand new stadium and much more parking avaiable. Speaking of parking, it kinda sucks. There are never enough spots during the day, but additional parking garages have helped the situation a lot. Also, the parking services officers are jerks!!!!! They will try to screw you out of your money every chance they get. So make sure you get a decal and display it constantly. And never park somewhere you're not supposed to. They WILL catch you and you WILL have to pay.Anyway…thats really the only bad thing about UCF. The staff is great, the people are all friendly and it's not too much of a party school. Although, if your into clubbing/partying there is always something happeneing that you can get in on. I stayed in the dorms my first two semesters and they wre cool. Libra was clean and I felt safe. Apollo is old and kinda smelly. Nike/Hercules was reeeeally nice! I've never seen Lake Clare or the Towers, but I hear they are nice too. All in all I give UCF a B+ |
