You can study anywhere from Australia, to South Africa, to Europe, to Mexico and if it's a St. Mary's program then it doesn't cost anything extra, so everyone should take advantage of this opportunity. We also have some great professors on campus who hold us to high standards and know their students personally. The only problem is that St. Mary's is such a small school in an isolated, but beautiful neighborhood, so it's hard to find things to do unless you go to San Francisco or other nearby cities. Also there's a high female to male ratio, so we need more male students. St. Mary's used to be an all boys school, but people wonder if it's an all girls school today because of the female name Mary. Latinos are the majority minority group, and while we welcome all ethnicities, the majority is still white, and the town of Moraga where were located is also very white. |
