i HATED cu. it had nothing to do with the city, i absolutley adore boulder. it had everything to do with the people and academic atmosphere. CU is really just full of a shitload of stoners, wannabe hippies, or EXTREMLEY annoying trustfund, brainless girls. yeah, cu is a party school, but the whole scene at CU gets sooooooo old after a while—stupid people huddled around kegs in disgusting frat houses drinking beer and smoking rediculous ammounts of pot. almost every night some idiotic person was puking in my dorm hallway. there are SOOOOO many drugs here. people do it all, shrooms, coke, you name it its probably here. obviously thats true for most schools but at CU drugs are in GREAT abundance. if thats your thing, by all means come to CU.the academics here are a complete joke. the professors can be good but for the most part are horrible. everyone here does the bare minimum, no one pushes or challenges themselves at all. people sleep in class, bitch about how much they hate learning. basically they are all paying money to come to boulder and party themselves to death. |
