Please cut off my head and stomp on it. After being deferred to this school, I submitted intent to register, line, sinker, hook, and bait. This school is, as WW Jacobs might have envisioned, of all the beastly, slushy, out-of-the way places, the worst. Going to UCR has been an insult to my intelligence.

Classes are boring, pointless, and occassionally maddening. Few students give it their all. Not that anyone wants to. This mentality becomes a disease most everyone catches. Including the students and certainly the professors. In fact, many classes had less than half the students up for classes, not surprising, since the only thing most people want to do here is get drunk. This place will make you miss high school.

The city itself is a smothering wasteland, the most sprawling suburban area in the country according to one study. In no way can this place be described as pleasing. Thick pollution blankets the entire city like a hot stinking rug.

UCR is known as UC Rejects for a reason. If you dont make it to any other UC, please save your self-esteem by going to a CC.
