There is so much to do here - in terms of outdoor recreation: hiking, climbing, biking, backpacking, kayaking, rafting, etc. If your into the club scene, be cautious. It's an outdoor town, no clubs. Fun bars, good restaurants, but no clubbing. People are in general laid back and friendly. Dress on campus is casual. Bikes and dogs are common. Car not necessary, free bus system (yet a bike is more than substantial transportation). As for the actual school itself, its a pretty standard state university. Lots of clubs/organizations, variety of programs, some more prestigious than others. |
