In all honesty, although this is classified as a negative comment, I have to be brutally honest. I hated Barry University. I spent one semester there, and it was probably the longest four months of my life.

Firstly, the academics were horrible, I felt like I was back in middle school. Some of the basic things that students couldn't do baffled me, it was ridiculous. Most of the professors that teach there don't even take the school seriously themselves. I remember talking to my English professor, about the schools I got into prior to enrollment, and he looked at me and was like,

Why did you come here?

Socially, the school was ridiculous also. Most kids just came down to get drunk. And the campus i so boring because most kids get their kicks off campus. Even people in organization that I was a part of were jerks. Take it from me, do not join the school paper. They claim you get money out of it…Do you think I saw a dime?

Financially, excuse my expression, but the school is a fucking money pit! They are real quick to try to rip you off. One of the only things that I gained from the school is to speak up for myself, because if I didn't I'd be getting ripped off left and right.

Oh also a downer, the school is like in the ghetto.

I know every school isn't or can't be perfected, but take it from me DON'T GO TO BARRY UNIVERSITY. I would wish that on my enemies.
