Statistical Analyzer:

The actual faculty and classes were fine. It's a community college, not a University. Classes were not too difficult and it helps to get a good start if your transferring and i believe i got that at Iowa Central. The Professors were more than friendly and helpful.

Life at Iowa Central is another story. If you live on campus be prepared to be babysat and treated like your living at a live in highschool. Roomchecks occur often, they fine you for every little thing you do. Got fined for having two closed bags of trash out in our living room. Got fined for missing a 2.5 minute housing meeting that was about being sure to keep windows closed for safety, i guess falling out of a 3 story window can hurt you, or can it? I missed the meeting.

The head of housing is absolutely arrogant and self absorbed and has no reason to be. I never met any person who had a positive view of him and it's no surpise. If you get into a disagree with housing about something don't expect them to listen to your side of the story, they walk all over you to avoid the embarrassment of being wrong.
They also pack 5 people into apartments that are meant for 4 people which can create cramped and difficult conditions. I've even heard that starting next year they are putting 6 people per apartment which is insane.
Finally if you like subpar food, The Great Western Dining Hall is just for you!!!!!!!……..it sucked
