I have completed my first year and definitely did not expect it to go this well. As long as you do some research on your professors and carefully plan your schedule, you will be satisfied. I see no practical reason to attend any other local school (excluding scholarship money) for your first year or two. Why not save your money and do well here and transfer to a great school afterwards? I did very poorly in high school, but now I have a 4.0 and my second choice for a transfer is UofM. This school has given me more than I could ever ask for. Weather you are looking to save money or correct past mistakes, this truly can be a nice place to start your education. PS. I have friends who are taking the SAME EXACT classes and paying almost $600-%1000 to be taught by a graduate student. Does that make any sense to you? |
