Most students, like me, commute so there arent usually alot of fun activities going on around campus. Many are non-traditional students. Its like a 5 step-up from a community college. Not much to look forward to if your a commuter…However, I am enrolled in the Honors College and some of the coursework is actually challenging. Most professors want to help and are friendly. The surrounding area is in the city, near a mall and near public transportation. I personally has lived in Baltimore all my life and want something more diverse. I'm probably gonna transfer next year. If you are a nursing student, coppin is the place to be. P.S.- Try to get into the honors college if you can (even though sometimes its annoying) but tuition is free and its easier to make friends because a few classes all freshman take together. |
