Statistical Analyzer:

Denison is a lovely place aesthetically, however there are some serious issues with the student body. For the most part, people here are friendly, but very close-minded. Many people are quick to judge, and can make you feel uncomfortable if you do something "out of the norm". The social scene is repetitive and unstimulating. It seems as though drinking and going to the "Sunset apartments" for "parties" are the only things to do here on the weekends. The parties are hot, sweaty, and gross. Security almost always shows up long before midnight. I am a freshman who applied early decision, with a perfect picture of Denison in my mind. Beware, it is NOT what you think it is… it is not for everyone. If you're looking for freedom and to get sloshed, it is the place for you. If you're looking to learn and grow as an individual, and to be stimulated by your environment, Denison is most definitely not the place for you.
