I decided to go to Bridgewater because of the price, it is cheap, and for what you pay, it's a pretty good deal. It is hard at first to settle in, and for the first month i was pretty miserable, but once you find a good group of friends the social scene for the average party person isnt too bad. if you are looking to party every night then you won't be happy, but thursdays-saturdays never fail to entertain. the town of bridgewater is a bore, but its not too big of a deal, it doesnt put a damper on the social life really. Classes my first semester were a breeze, and coming from a great high school I was well prepared and had no problem with the work. Professors in general are willing to help as long as you ask for it. Dont expect to have your hand held, bridgewater is a school where you have to be able to guide yourself. Its been a good experience for me but i can understand why a lot of people dont love it. |
