I have had a bad experience here at BC. I had visited the school two times prior to deciding to enroll and have regretted my decision ever since.

Drinking is beyond popular as a social forum here. If you do not drink it is difficult to find anyone else who doesn't…especially as a freshman. I've had professors even tell me that I need to be more "creative" in an effort to find people who do not drink.

The professors for the most part are excellent. Not all, but many of them understand their topics well and of course, there are better ones than others.

However, my real issue with this school is the administration. If you try to do anything off the beaten track, you can forget about it. You are limited in so many directions because the administration only wants you to do what they want. If you want to go into business, you should apply that way on your application because your chances are less than 1% for internally transferring into the business school. It is even more difficult trying to graduate in three years. The administration does not listen to what you as a student say, and overall nothing you say has any effect. They are out for your money.

And I certainly do not feel that the experience has been worth 50,000+ dollars per year.
