Clemson offers great academic programs, especially in the sciences. The faculty truly want to see each student succeed and are approachable and helpful. Even though sororities and frats are popular, I am not in a sorority and have not found it difficult to make friends or become involved. Football season is AMAZING. The whole town shuts down and it's an all-day event. Lots of alumni come back for the games and it really does feel like a "family". The students are friendly and are all proud to be tigers. You have to work hard to earn good grades and the faculty has high expectations from their students. Most people are very focused during the week, then we all have fun on the weekends, so there is a good balance between the social life and academics. If you are ready to work hard, like sports, like warm weather, and want to have fun, Clemson is definitely a good place for you. I am so proud to say that I go to Clemson and will always love this place. |
