Always having been interested in the film industry and photography I decided to check out local film schools. Upon visiting Collins College I realized it was just the fit I was looking for. The course plan offered the hands on experience and dedicated faculty that I knew I would need to make a go of this profession. After graduating I can tell you one thing…if you're serious about your education and actually want to work to better your future in the industry this is the place for you. If you express interest and take initiative the instructors will go out of their way to give you the tools to succeed. If this school has a problem it's the poor quality of the students that come through those doors. A great majority of the students just didn't want to do the work and expected handouts. The select few that did work toward their future were rewarded with opportunities and job offers. I loved my time at Collins and would do it again in a heartbeat. My only regret is that my time there is over. |
