I really wouldn't recommend Earlham to anyone who isn't a minority or extremely liberal. There are some great professors there, but overall the school environment made me feel really bad about myself and it wasn't worth it. It keeps you in an artificial environment where you believe your only career options are working for a nonprofit, med school, or becoming a professor.
