Statistical Analyzer:

I am currently in my sophomore year at Mercer, and I must say that I (overall) enjoyed being at the university.

There appear to be two types of students here: 1) the particularly affluent students whose parents helped them to pay the ridiculously high tuition the school has and 2) the "nerdy" students who come here only because they got academic based scholarships. From what I have seen, there really isn't anyone in the middle of this spectrum…just average rich kids and middle-class kids who like to study.

The professors here are, for the most part, very dedicated. The biology and chemistry professors really want you to learn the material so the science courses at Mercer are generally very challenging and require lots of studying.

There really isn't much of a party scene at Mercer unless you are Greek…but the Greeks only make up a small fraction of the student body, so most people just spend their time trying to keep up with the challenging academics.

It is easy to make friends here, as long as you are not TOTALLY socially awkward. Definitely a good place to get a higher education.
