The work was challenging and the instructors were always available. Once I graduated I was promoted to a Director's position and have been doing very good. I have several of my staff now attending CSU. I graduated from traditional colleges and found that either online or in a classroom - the work you as a student devotes is what determines the quality of the education. CSU was excellent.
