Although I have never actually met my instructors or classmates, my experience in the course itself has been great…the instructors seem very knowledgeable and helpful, and the other students in the course seem nice. My biggest issue is that in the two times I went to the campus, to get books or software, I could tell that they are absolutely not customer-oriented—the employees I spoke to seemed like they'd rather be somewhere else. They didn't seem to be eager to assist me, nor did they thank me for my purchase. I also had an issue with financial aid. I was going to take two courses to qualify for that, but it was too much to do on top of working full time. I dropped one course, but because the financial aid office got backed up, I ended up getting an award letter that would have been incorrect anyway. The letter automatically expired after 30 days, but it's clear that the office can't keep up with the aid applications. So, I have gotten a very bad impression from the book store and financial aid office. |
