The campus is stunning and facilities are out of this world. If you are into business, this university is for you, otherwise don't come here. Every major (literally) must take General Business courses every year (just like general education courses). Starting this year, 2009, the general business program changed absolutely. It was funded by a generous donation from Ernst & Young. For now we've only seen the Freshman Courses that include "Legal & Ethical Environment in Business" and "Principles of Finance & Accounting". Every freshman must take these classes. They are very helpful!I do have one major complaint, but hopefully this will be changed soon as many, many students are complaining about it. The university recently signed some random "green" agreement promising to be friendly to the environment or some random… The result is, no air conditioning or heating in the rooms in the room temperature is around 50-80. Notice that this doesn't always work like it is supposed to, so your room will sometimes feel like a sauna or other times like you're in the North Pole. When paying so much money for housing it is ridiculous that they charge the same price for rooms with no temperature control. |
