The professors in graduate school are not as good as I thought they would be, when compared to other graduate school professors in California. UCR does not give much scholarships for graduate student, but you may find part time jobs on Campus on a limited basis because there are lots of students. But one thing is good: it is a small Campus and med size town, and you have lots of time on your hands to study as a grad student. Also, if you're willing to face the heavy traffic, you can get to the beach for the day and come back home in the eve. Too bad they closed the Bull-N-Mouth night bar because that was a relief for us students so close to Campus on week ends. I had lots of fun on SAT nights at this club. Good luck to you if you go there. Giuse |
