Let me preface this comment by saying that Bethany does have some good things going for it. The teaching staff is incredible, and the campus is absolutely beautiful. Being in a secluded area, you have plenty of time to focus on important things like studying and getting involved in the college.

However, most people take the opportunity of Bethany and waste it at Bubba's, the local bar. The dorms are in disrepair, and unsanitary; there is little lighting in most parts of the campus; the administration takes days to answer any question. The list of Bethany's shortcomings goes on and on. If you're an in-state student, it might be worth it, but don't waste $30,000 coming here.
