Truman State University is more about providing jobs to local people. You can see this in how the SUB (where students get food) is closed for the majority of a weekend and the library doesn't open till after noon on Sundays (that's my study day). There is a wide range of teachers here, some are completely incompetent, while others are great. The "reputation" of this school is mainly a big circle jerk.
