The College of Charleston's reputation has always impressed prospective employers. The network of connections I made in college, combined with my degree major, literally got me my first job and have come in handy in all endeavors. If I had it to do over again, I'd miss fewer classes—I partied too much and made it too hard on myself to catch up. Unlike most large universities, the classes were taught by actual professors and were pretty interesting. It's a fabulous school, academically and socially, and in a unique urban/historic environment. There's no other school like it. No matter where a student is going to school: Go to class! It makes it a lot easier.
