I have found the faculty to be genuinely concerned with the success of their students. The students are friendly and the campus is improving its environment. You can't beat living in the Monterey area for natural beauty. You are expected to attend class and participate. Helping your community is an expectation of everyone who attends. The campus is very liberal like most colleges.
