Statistical Analyzer:

First of all, NDSU tries really hard to seem like a big successful University. It is not. A degree from NDSU is pretty much nothing…I mean you could still get a job somewhere with it, but don't expect to be on the same level of knowledge with people who went to a REAL university. NDSU teaches nothing. The classes classified as "hard" are only hard because of the amount of things they ask you to do, not the amount of actual thought put into it. Most of the classes are taught by TAs or master students, and the actual professors never encourage class discussions. The campus is ugly. Just this Christmas one of the buildings on campus collapsed into a near-by construction hole…(the engineer planning the construction must have gotten their degree at NDSU). Also, if your somewhat of a liberal, you would HATE it here. The school allows pro-life posters to be hung EVERYWHERE, and if you ask if you can hang a pro-choice one, they wont let you. The school is currently in a spending and hiring freeze because it doesn't know how to budget money. Overall, I strongly discourage coming here if you like warm weather, a pretty campus, are somewhat of a democrat, or want a real education.
