Statistical Analyzer:

College of New Rochelle: This school has a great nursing program, but other than that it seems everyone goes for the financial aid package or scholarships, which seem to be handed out pretty generously. The architecture here is positively beautiful, and you feel pretty safe with the constant guards circling the campus. It is a very small school, and you have to get use to the entire campus knowing everything about everyone else. CNR is very close to NYC so if you are willing to take the half hour train ride, you are golden for a social life. However, there is absolutely none to be found on campus. Guests are very restricted for when they can visit, and this school has very strict substanance policies. School spirit is low, so sport events are not very exciting. The students who find most success here are those who commute and do not feel trapped here. This place highly values a liberal arts education, so if that is what you are looking for, you will find it in CNR. If you were hoping on working straight out of college, I suggest you find something with a more direct system with more real-life education available.
