The majority of people who leave either find the coursework too demanding because they were not ready/unprepared for college, or simply realized they were not suited to a liberal arts program. Everyone here is very nice. The professors in the department you're studying in take a particular interest in your general well-being. The campus is gorgeous. I genuinely believe that the St. Edward's main building is the prettiest building in Austin (aside from the Capitol, perhaps). Look for the secret trails on campus if you end up going here. It's easy to make friends. If you like to party, Austin is the city to live in. If you like to meditate, Austin is the city to live in. If you're seeking all of the Austin experience without the overwhelming size of UT, St. Edward's is a great place to consider. |
