I am a junior at BC and I believe choosing to come here was one of the best decisions of my life. I have not once regretted coming here. I love everything about this place: the academics, the professors, the social life, the athletics, and the campus. I think BC is one of the best all-around schools in the nation. We are bursting with school spirit, as well as have a stunning campus close to Boston, great academics, and a prestigious name. I am honestly quite confused by the amount of negativity on this site about BC. Everyone I have spoken to absolutely loves the school. The 95% freshmen retention rate shows this. I can only chalk up the negativity shown here to reviewers who attend different schools- such as BU- who have somehow convinced themselves that we are rivals with one another. (Despite the fact that there is literally no competition. We hands down win both academically and athletically.)My blood will forever run maroon and gold. To prospective students, please ignore the negativity on this website. BC is an amazing, amazing place and, if you choose to come, I don't think you will ever regret it. |
