You pay about $13,000 or so dollars a year, which is pretty cheap, but then only to walk into a bland two floor run down office building with bleak white walls, dusty floors and busted steel seats with small wooden desks. How is it that you can pay only $3,000 a semester for a city university (in-state) and you come to globe and it looks like they haven't had any funding for the school in the last ten years? 99% of the people that attend the school are guys, and they play for one of the sports teams at globe. They constantly harassed me for my phone number, asked to be my boyfriend, to take me out, have sex, and a whole bunch of other nonsense ALL THE TIME (there were literally about 3 girls in each class at maximum). But then for the other guys who didn't harass me, they were pretty nice people…Surprisingly the teachers (that I had) seemed to be pretty intelligent people. I enjoyed listening to them talk during class, but since almost everyone plays a sport at this tiny school they're either joining class almost 2 hours into it, or leaving 2 hours early. Every exam was ridiculously easy, I mean the WHOLE ROOM was cheating right in front of the professor's faces. I was sitting about 2 feet from my professor's face googling things on my phone while the people next to me asked each other what the got for each number. My math teacher gave us classwork to practice before our midterm (during that same class) and once the next hour block hit he handed out the same classwork as the actual midterm. I don't know how things could get any easier than that. It was just all to simple and stupid for me to take seriously and I just had to get out of there before my brain melted from my orifices. |
