Statistical Analyzer:

I already had a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University before entering a Masters Program in HR Mangagement at AMU so I can easily relate my on-line experience with AMU to the brick and mortar school environment and quality of education.
I found the level of difficulty to be exactly the same at both institutions. You do have to be more self-motivated to take an on-line program, but you already knew that going in, didn't you?

All classes were relevant, and feedback was generally quick and on the mark. I took exception to one instructor's methods and appealed to higher leadership. A thorough investigation resulted in a grade change, so it is difficult to fault the system. The system worked, it was just one instructor that did not (in my opinion). I graduated this month with a 3.93 GPA.
If you can't pull yourself away from the couch to focus on studying don't enter an on-line program. If you are dedicated and focused, can write in APA format, and realize you will get out of the courses what you put into them then please sign up right away. No regrets here.
