There is more red tape at DCTC then there is a the DMV. Be advise that you get what you pay for, a low school budget and incompetent faculty members. Don't expect DCTC to help you with your situation in any way, the people at the financial aid office, and the advisors are unhelpful and condescending. Good luck finding a day class because the teachers refuse to manage their schedule to help their students. I received a 4.0 for my first semester, but I am seriously considering transferring my credits to a more competent and respected college.
