Statistical Analyzer:

I graduated from CCTC in 1988 when it was known as Sumter Tech with a business degree. I have recently returned to study in the medical field. The staff in the student services (round building) are very friendly and helpful. I had to obtain my high school transcript for them, that was no problem. I went and paid for it and handed it in. When I was accepted into one of the medical programs they had to send me to find my transcript again. I was told to go to the admissions office which is in the old reception area of CCTC and the staff there did not even want to get up to look for it. I went back to student services and one of them had to go over and they found it. It was not even scanned into the system. Now, I am having problems with CCTC because they do not even have my college transcript. I graduated from there in 88 but they have no idea what I have taken. It has been a real headache and if I could do it all over I would choose another college that was more organized. My parents and I have invested a lot of money into the college and it just upsets me that they cannot keep their records organized. The teachers are the best but I cannot speak highly of the admin staff.
